Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Houseman/Delivery Driver/Supervisor to join our dynamic hotel team. This multifaceted role involves supporting hotel operations through efficient housekeeping assistance, delivering goods and supplies, and supervising various support functions to ensure seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities Assist with general housekeeping duties, including floor cleaning, vacuuming, and sanitation tasks to uphold cleanliness standards across the hotel. Handle the safe transportation and delivery of supplies, linens, and equipment within the hotel premises or to external vendors as required. Support hotel staff by performing manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture, supplies, or cleaning equipment in accordance with safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment while adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling procedures. Supervise janitorial and custodial staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations and proper use of industrial cleaning tools. Support hotel emergency procedures by ensuring sanitation standards are met during critical situations and assisting in safety compliance efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors. Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including proper handling of chemical agents and adherence to hotel housekeeping management policies. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles within hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, sanitation practices, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and other janitorial tools efficiently. Familiarity with chemical agent handling, safety data sheets (SDS), and chemical handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking during shifts. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety at all times. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable for success in this role.
