Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with energy and excellence. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services Lead, motivate, and manage hospitality teams to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency Implement and uphold hotel management policies, guest service standards, and safety procedures to deliver exceptional guest experiences Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize revenue management strategies to meet business goals Supervise the use of property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems for seamless booking and guest tracking Coordinate human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution Maintain strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring consistent delivery of personalized service Utilize managerial communication skills to foster teamwork, resolve issues efficiently, and promote a positive work environment Oversee compliance with hotel policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards across all departments Analyze operational reports to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased profitability Qualifications Minimum of three years' experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities Proven ability to oversee daily hotel functions while managing budgets and financial operations effectively Strong leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams in diverse settings; resort experience is a plus Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests and staff Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and other property management tools Deep understanding of hotel guest service standards, customer service excellence, and guest relations strategies Experience in revenue management, budgeting, human resources practices, and financial analysis within the hospitality sector Ability to lead with energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're ready to lead with passion in a vibrant hospitality setting!
