The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in hospitality, possesses excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Compensation:
$72,000 salaryKey Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel operations to maximize revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand standards compliance. Lead marketing and advertising efforts to drive occupancy and revenue. Develop and maintain positive relationships within the local community. Manage inventory, record-keeping, and ensure budgeted cost controls. Hire, train, and motivate employees while fostering teamwork and growth. Handle guest, employee, and property issues professionally. Be available for on-call responsibilities and emergency coverage. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure all required reports on revenue, expenses, and operations are submitted timely.Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Ability to lead, delegate, and resolve conflicts professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional demeanor with excellent guest service skills. Must meet property grooming standards.
