This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the overall guest experience, financial health, and day-to-day running of the property, while championing the unique character, personality, and service style that distinguish us from other larger chain hotels. The GM will act as the face of the property — building relationships with guests, staff, ownership, and the local community — while balancing the operational rigor of a well-run business with the warmth and personalization guests expect from a brand hotel stay. This role requires someone equally comfortable walking the floor, coaching a housekeeping team, reviewing monthly P&L statements, and handling a guest request. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, genuine hospitality instincts, and the ability to build and inspire a small, close-knit team capable of delivering a memorable, distinctive guest experience consistently, day after day.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Own the hotel's

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage department heads and staff; build a strong service culture
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, licensing, and labor regulations
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts
- Represent the hotel within the local community and tourism/hospitality networks
- Report regularly to ownership on performance, risks, and opportunities

- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting
- Proven leadership and staff development skills
- Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and OTA platforms
- ## Assistant General Manager (AGM)
- Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to serve as the operational right hand to our General Manager.
This role is central to keeping the hotel running smoothly on a day-to-day basis — bridging the gap between front-line staff and hotel leadership, and ensuring that our service standards, guest experience, and internal processes stay consistent even during the busiest shifts. The AGM will spend significant time on the floor, coaching supervisors, resolving issues before they escalate, and stepping in as the acting property leader whenever the GM is unavailable. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys mentoring a team, and is looking to build the skills and track record needed to grow into a General Manager role. Strong communication, sound judgment under pressure, and a genuine passion for guest service are essential.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the GM in managing front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance operations
- Supervise and coach department supervisors and staff; assist with scheduling and performance management
- Monitor daily operations to ensure service standards and brand consistency
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery when escalated by staff
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Act as manager-on-duty and full property lead in the GM's absence
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
- Requirements
- 3+ years of hotel operations experience preferred, with 1+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities under pressure
- Good working knowledge of PMS software and hotel operational procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
