Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the reservation process, ensure reservation accuracy, maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities. This role will also manage room inventory, analyzes booking trends, and collaborates closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and Marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Your leadership will help optimize booking efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain seamless operations across our hospitality properties Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing reservations team. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Monitor room inventory and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue. Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and Marketing to optimize booking strategies. Manage group room blocks, special promotions, and package reservations. Ensure rate integrity and compliance with resort policies and procedures. Monitor reservation trends, booking pace, and forecasting to support revenue goals. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns. Maintain high standards of guest service and reservation accuracy. Prepare departmental reports and analyze performance metrics. Assist with implementing new systems, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of Reservations Management experience in a resort or luxury hotel. Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and property management systems. Experience with revenue management principles and inventory control. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and customer service abilities. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
