This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service across both brands. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can train and motivate a team while keeping operations smooth during peak check-in/check-out periods. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Manage, schedule, and coordinate a team of front desk agents across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Train and onboard new front desk staff on brand standards and property procedures Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, resolving issues to guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest information Oversee cash handling, drawer audits, and night audit processes Oversee multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt, professional communication Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and room readiness Support rate and occupancy awareness, working with management on availability decisions Enforce emergency and safety procedures at the front desk Utilize Opera PMS and other office management software Qualifications 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management or supervision Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus IHG brand experience is a plus Opera PMS experience required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred High school diploma or equivalent; are advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with guest luggage as needed Benefits [
