Description
Position Summary The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk while supporting Guest Services and hotel leadership. This position ensures guests receive outstanding service, team members perform at the highest level, and hotel standards are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality. Essential Responsibilities Supervise daily Front Desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards
Lead, coach, and support Front Desk Agents to achieve service and performance goals
Assist with guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests
Resolve guest concerns and service recovery opportunities professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and hotel operating standards
Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and guest preferences
Assist with training, scheduling, and development of Front Desk team members
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and audit compliance
Maintain communication with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments
Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special events
Promote hotel amenities, outlets, and guest experiences to enhance satisfaction and revenue Qualifications Minimum one year of Front Desk, Guest Services, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
Hotel or resort experience strongly preferred
Marriott experience preferred but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
Ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
