ON BONUS

- This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $500 increments at 30 and 90 days, paid on the following paycheck. ___________________________________________________

Supervise the Guest Services staff to ensure excellent owner/guest service. Respond to any questions from owner/guests, and follow up with them to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction. Supply owner/guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities. Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve owner/guest requests. Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
