Full-Time Grounds & Building Maintenance Employee We are seeking a reliable and skilled Full-Time Grounds & Building Maintenance Employee to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our property.

40 hours per week

Pay:

Starting at $25.00 per hour

Employment Type:

Full-time Responsibilities Include:

Grounds maintenance (landscaping, debris removal, light gardening) General building maintenance and minor repairs Routine inspections of common areas Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order

Qualifications:

Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or carpentry a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physically able to perform maintenance and outdoor work Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Valid driver's license preferred
