Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently. Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial planning to maximize profitability. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest data management. Lead human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with night audit teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions. Develop strategies for revenue growth through marketing initiatives, upselling techniques, and optimizing occupancy rates. Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, health regulations, and property policies at all times. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Proven experience supervising hospitality teams within hotel or resort environments. Strong knowledge of hotel management practices, including revenue management and financial operations. Expertise in managing hospitality reservation systems (such as PMS) and property management software. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment. Exceptional managerial communication skills for clear delegation, training, and conflict resolution. Deep understanding of customer service principles aligned with hotel guest service standards. Experience overseeing budgets, human resources functions, and operational planning within the hospitality sector. Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and guest relations strategies.
