We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk team and serve as a key member of the hotel's leadership team. Benefits & Compensation $45,000-$50,000 annual salary Comprehensive benefits package Paid Time Off (PTO) Career growth and advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead all Front Desk and Guest Services operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front Desk Agents and Guest Service Associates Create schedules, manage labor costs, and oversee payroll administration for the department Handle guest concerns, service recovery situations, billing issues, and operational escalations Drive guest satisfaction scores through exceptional service execution and team accountability Ensure proper recognition and service delivery for loyalty program and elite members Monitor and manage guest service cases while maintaining compliance with brand standards Utilize property management and reservation systems to manage room inventory, arrivals, departures, and guest requests Support revenue growth through room upgrades, upselling initiatives, and loyalty program enrollments Review daily reports, occupancy forecasts, arrivals, departures, and room availability Ensure accuracy of billing, deposits, cash handling, night audit procedures, and financial controls Manage online travel agency reservations and third-party booking channels Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure seamless hotel operations Maintain compliance with company policies, operating procedures, safety standards, and brand requirements Qualifications Previous hotel Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Guest Services Manager, or similar leadership experience Strong knowledge of front office operations and guest service standards Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with hotel property management systems preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Apply Today If you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and join a team that values leadership, guest service, and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
