Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
  • Manage and coordinate all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and service quality
  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance hotel operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
  • Solid understanding of budgeting principles and financial management
  • Proficient in using phone systems, reservation software, and other hotel management tools
  • Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
