Compensation:
$75,000 to $80,000 per year , Full-Time Sand Hospitality | Midwest-Based (Travel Required) Sand Hospitality is looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Leader to step into a Roaming Task Force Manager role supporting hotels across the Midwest. This role is ideal for a hands-on hotel manager who knows how to stabilize operations, support teams, and step in when leadership coverage or operational help is needed. If you've run a hotel, led teams through busy seasons, and know how to walk into a property and make things better quickly—this role was built for you. What You'll Be Doing
  • Step in at assigned hotels to support day-to-day operations during leadership gaps, transitions, or high-demand periods
  • Provide on-site leadership for front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams as needed
  • Help bring consistency to service standards, staffing practices, and guest experience
  • Coach managers and line-level teams through real-time challenges
  • Support new leadership transitions, openings, and operational resets
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to property and regional leadership This is a working manager role —you'll be on the floor, talking with teams, fixing issues, and helping properties get back on solid footing. What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in hotel management or hotel operations leadership
  • Comfortable traveling to different Midwest locations as business needs require
  • Strong, practical leadership style—calm, fair, and direct
  • Ability to quickly assess a property and prioritize what matters most
