Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, where your leadership and customer service expertise will shine! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Your multilingual skills and hotel management knowledge will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests. As a key point of contact, you'll lead the front desk team, manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) like RDP, and uphold the highest standards of guest relations and service excellence. Duties Supervise front desk staff, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional guest service Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using hotel reservation systems such as OPERA and Property Management Systems (PMS) Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and problem-solving skills to enhance guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Handle night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to maintain financial accuracy Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff security at all times Skills Extensive experience in hospitality management and front desk operations within hotel or resort environments Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as RDP and property management software (PMS) Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence, including hotel emergency procedures and guest relations issues Excellent phone communication skills, including managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of night audit processes, guest services, and hotel management best practices Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
