Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Duties Supervise front desk staff, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes using property management systems (PMS) Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude, resolving issues promptly through customer service problem-solving Manage reservations efficiently via hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and maximizing occupancy rates Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction Conduct night audits, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports to support financial reconciliation Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk supervision within a hotel environment or leadership roles Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and point-of-sale software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling client interactions professionally Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience working with hospitality reservation systems and property management software is preferred Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios; ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

From $16.00 per hour
