Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless check-in experience for all visitors. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, coordinate communication across departments, and ensure that every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and make a lasting impression on our guests. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain efficient check-in/check-out processes Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and warmth Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift Maintain excellent phone etiquette and clear communication with guests, staff, and vendors Coordinate guest services such as concierge assistance, room assignments, and special accommodations Resolve guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and hospitality expertise Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, confidentiality, and service standards Train New hires Create procedures and policies All Third Party must be handled and kept up to date regarding billing Assist on all front desk duties Must be available to cover shifts if necessary Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong background in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Experience conducting night audits and managing guest relations in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including phone etiquette and guest services protocols Previous leadership experience in a hotel setting is advantageous What We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who: Takes pride in maintaining high operational standards Leads by example with professionalism and accountability Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment Prioritizes guest satisfaction and team collaboration Brings positive energy, initiative, and problem-solving skills to the workplace This role involves handing all front desk duties and ensuring all Monies are collected.
