Job Summary A vocational school marketing manager leads student enrollment campaigns, builds the school's brand in the local community, and promotes career and technical programs.
Responsibilities Lead Generation:
Build digital and local advertising campaigns to attract prospective students, adult learners, and career-switchers.
Admissions Collaboration :
Work closely with admissions teams to turn website clicks and phone inquiries into enrolled students.
Digital & Social Media :
Manage the school website, social channels, and paid search ads (PPC) highlighting high-demand trades (e.g., Phlebotomy, EKG, HHA, ESL).
Community Outreach :
Partner with local high schools, workforce centers, and industrial employers to host open houses and career fairs.
Data Tracking :
Monitor enrollment trends and measure advertising results using CRM and analytics software.
Requirements Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience :
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, recruitment, or local business promotion. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and email tools. Excellent public speaking and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and adjust budgets to meet enrollment goals.
Pay:
$32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
