Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to play a key role in our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the repair and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our hotel property. Your leadership will ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and operational excellence, creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Duties Manage and supervise the facilities maintenance team to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building infrastructure Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order management, scheduling, and record keeping Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all maintenance activities and conduct regular safety training sessions for team members Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or renovations while managing timelines, budgets, and resources Skills Proven management experience supervising facilities or maintenance teams in a hospitality or industrial setting Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and Preventative Maintenance practices Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safety procedures specific to facilities management Experience managing facilities maintenance using CMMS software; proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting Join us as a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor where your expertise will keep our hotel running smoothly!
