In this energetic leadership role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate your team to deliver top-tier customer service, manage reservations efficiently, and uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality. Your role is vital in maintaining smooth hotel operations and fostering guest satisfaction through outstanding service and operational excellence. Duties Supervise front desk staff, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high-quality guest interactions. Oversee hotel reservation systems such as SPOG, StayPMS, GXP, and ResApp to confirm bookings, modify reservations, and optimize room occupancy. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Resolve guest issues promptly by applying customer service problem-solving techniques, ensuring positive guest relations at all times. Manage night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining compliance with hotel policies. Enforce hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively during incidents or safety concerns to protect guests and staff. Uphold hospitality standards by delivering friendly, energetic service that exceeds guest expectations and fosters loyalty. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk supervision within a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems or similar property management software. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to communicate effectively via phone communication channels, including multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is preferred. Previous resort or hotel experience will be considered an asset for this energetic leadership role. Demonstrated ability to lead a team with enthusiasm while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
