In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, exceptional guest services, and efficient management of property management systems. Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS). Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm, maintaining high levels of customer service. Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting. Enforce hotel emergency procedures to guarantee guest safety and operational continuity during unexpected situations. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly. Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests and clients via phone and in person, fostering positive relationships. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with familiarity in hotel management systems like OPERA or comparable PMS platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit responsibilities is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication and client interaction. Previous resort experience or hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments is desirable. Ability to lead a team with energy, motivation, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest relations.
