Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Hampton Inn Ephrata. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional guest service, team development, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high standards across all departments. Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences Manage budgets, labor costs, financial reporting, and operational expenses Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and room revenue Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Collaborate with sales and marketing efforts to promote hotel services and drive bookings Supervise night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Experience Minimum 2 years of Hotel General Manager experience required Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and improve guest satisfaction Experience managing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment Resort or beach property experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Monthly and quarterly bonus incentives 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan About Us We are a growing hospitality ownership and management company with a portfolio of 35 hotels and additional properties currently in development.
