Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to guests throughout their stay
• Manage and supervise hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using hotel management software systems
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and strategies
• Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
