In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, coordinate guest services, and maintain seamless communication between departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, uphold high standards of hospitality management, and ensure that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as Lightspeed or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a friendly attitude. Coordinate reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and maximizing occupancy. Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports. Enforce hotel policies, emergency procedures, and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety at all times. Maintain effective phone etiquette when communicating with guests, clients, and internal departments across multiple languages if applicable. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest relations best practices. Exceptional communication skills, including phone communication and client interaction. Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality service.
