The Assistant Manager will work beside the Store Manager to maintain an excellent working environment while providing exceptional customer service and quality food. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Provide a fun, yet productive work environment. Assists the General Manager in the administration of all areas of restaurant operations. In the absence of the General Manager, assumes all responsibilities, duties and authority. Promotes an atmosphere of high energy, positive attitude, and a sales focused staff. Address and resolve guest concerns. Ensure restaurant is open and operating during required business hours. Ensures adherence and compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices. Comprehends, executes, and ensure compliance with all local food-handling laws and standards. Availability to do Delivery is required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Proven management/leadership experience in retail and/or food industry. Able to maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor, even during periods of high volume. Excellent customer service skills. Must be available to work a minimum of 38-hour work week. Able to work during hours of operation to include weekends, some holidays, and extended hours when needed.
