Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Manager to work the front desk, lead our hospitality team, and oversee the daily operations of our hotel and Airbnb rental properties. This role requires a passionate leader with a background in hospitality management, exceptional guest service skills, and experience in supervising teams and managing financial operations. As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. Your energetic leadership will drive the success of our hotel, creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining optimal business performance. Duties Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and supervise hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, and employee performance evaluations. Monitor hotel guest relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervisory responsibilities. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple departments. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective managerial communication and phone etiquette. Previous resort or hotel experience preferred; familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous but not required. We will train. Ability to oversee multi-faceted operations while maintaining high standards of guest services and staff performance. Pay:
$38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
