Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across our facilities. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are cleaned to company standards Assign tasks related to cleaning, window washing, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation procedures Monitor the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, ensuring proper handling and safety compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure quality control and adherence to infection control standards Train new team members on janitorial procedures, equipment use, and safety guidelines including manual handling and pressure washing techniques Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency Support heavy lifting tasks and custodial responsibilities while promoting safe manual handling practices Requirements Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles with a strong background in janitorial services Prior supervisory or team lead experience in housekeeping or related fields Knowledge of cleaning techniques including window cleaning, floor care, pressure washing, and sanitation standards Familiarity with chemical handling procedures and infection control protocols Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and manual handling tasks required for maintaining cleanliness standards Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership fuels a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
