The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Phoenix Park 'n Swap in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clean-up process of the facility. What will you do? Supervise and direct clean-up team members during and after operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently Oversee cleaning of selling lots, parking areas, bathrooms, and office spaces, ensuring they are ready for daily operations and properly stocked with essentials Coordinate and supervise clean-up efforts during inclement weather, such as rain or monsoons, ensuring team members are properly scheduled and prepared Communicate with management regarding clean-up operations, potential hazards, and assist with routine maintenance projects Conduct employee counseling as needed, create schedules, and actively participate in hands-on clean-up tasks alongside the team More about you Minimum of 5 years of experience doing basic maintenance and plumbing experience Licensed to operate forklifts; a valid driver's license required Ability to operate a sweeper truck Flexibility with scheduling Some skill with plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general repair Physical requirements Must be able to safely operate gas and electric carts Bending, stooping, and the ability to lift to 50 pounds Standing and walking for the majority of the shift Must be able to work outside in all types of weather Shift details Every weekend 12hr shift
