Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Inspector (Supervisor), where you'll lead and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance standards across our property. This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a supervisor, you'll coordinate cleaning operations, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and motivate your team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment that guests love and remember. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, providing training and guidance on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence Coordinate daily cleaning schedules, assignments, and supplies to optimize efficiency and quality Monitor floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other industrial cleaning processes to maintain pristine surfaces Identify maintenance issues or safety hazards during inspections and report them promptly for resolution Ensure adherence to health regulations, safety policies, and environmental standards across all housekeeping operations Foster a positive team environment that encourages accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial practices Hands-on experience with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial procedures Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform comprehensive inspections efficiently Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest service expectations and safety protocols Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable Join us in delivering outstanding cleanliness standards that elevate guest satisfaction!
