This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our company's mission. The housekeeping supervisor is the lead housekeeper on a team; he or she will be required to oversee all housekeeping duties within a particular facility or on a particular team.

Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performedSupervises the duties and tasks of laundry staffStocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supplies according to a budgetReceives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping servicesEnsures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazardsEnsures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazardsOrganizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staffAssists guests with questions and basic requestsProvides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professionalTrains new housekeepers and support staffMeets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED a plus but not requiredPrevious experience in housekeeping supervision Exceptional interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationGood time management and organizational skillsConflict resolution experiencePatience and good listening skills The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
