Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing clear instructions and support to maintain high-quality service delivery. Monitor ongoing cleaning operations, including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and janitorial tasks. Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Coordinate team schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and oversee daily operational workflows to maximize productivity. Provide managerial communication by delivering feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering team development. Address guest or staff concerns promptly with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping management, or hospitality industry cleaning roles. Supervising experience with a strong background in team management and leadership. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment, commercial cleaning techniques, and laundry operations. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail during inspections and reporting. Ability to train staff on proper cleaning protocols while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
