Cleaning Supervisor Lead a Team. Set the Standard. Deliver Excellence. At Chic Cleaning Services, we believe a clean home or office provides peace of mind. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor who takes pride in leading by example, coaching others, and maintaining exceptional quality. This is a hands-on leadership position. You will spend approximately 70-80% of your time working alongside your team performing residential and professional office cleaning, and 20-30% of your time supervising, training, performing quality inspections, supporting daily operations, and ensuring our high standards are consistently met. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead & Support Your Team Lead residential and professional office cleaning teams. Train and mentor new cleaning technicians. Coach employees on proper cleaning techniques and company standards. Lead by example through professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment. Address performance concerns professionally and communicate them to management when necessary. Quality Control Perform quality inspections before jobs are completed. Ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met. Reduce customer callbacks through attention to detail. Provide immediate coaching when quality issues are identified. Complete quality checklists accurately and consistently. Daily Operations Help coordinate daily routes and schedules. Ensure teams arrive on time and are prepared for the day. Communicate professionally with clients regarding arrivals or service concerns. Verify employees are accurately documenting their work time. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned. Ensure company procedures and policies are consistently followed. Equipment & Vehicle Responsibilities Ensure company vehicles remain clean, fueled, and organized. Report maintenance concerns or warning lights promptly. Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly. Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit. Address client concerns professionally and courteously. Help resolve issues quickly while maintaining company standards. Build positive relationships with residential and professional office clients. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has previous residential or commercial cleaning experience. Has previous leadership, supervisory, or crew lead experience. Leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Is dependable, punctual, and highly organized. Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Pays close attention to detail. Can effectively coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Is comfortable making decisions independently in the field. Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality. Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience training employees. Experience performing quality inspections. Experience leading cleaning crews. Experience managing cleaning supplies and inventory.
