We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Director to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort for our patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Manage and maintain budgets for housekeeping supplies, equipment, and services Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals Develop and maintain effective communication with the facilities management team, hospital administration, and regulatory agencies Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
