Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding cleaning and custodial services across all areas. Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations aligned with industry standards. Oversee industrial cleaning processes, including deep cleans and specialized sanitation tasks to meet health standards. Manage team supervision activities such as training, performance evaluations, and staffing assignments to ensure optimal coverage. Implement management of laundry operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of linens and uniforms. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations while fostering a culture of safety awareness among staff. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities.
