Develop schedules for staff coverage, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak periods while optimizing resource utilization. Monitor cleaning procedures, laundry processes, and sanitation practices to maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, chemical handling, and equipment operation to protect staff and guests. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or institutional settings. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, industrial cleaning procedures, and commercial cleaning practices. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership skills. Experience with laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and linen management. Familiarity with safety regulations related to janitorial work, chemical handling, and equipment use in a custodial setting. Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service standards. Previous experience in hospitality or similar industries emphasizing customer service excellence is highly desirable.
