Responsibilities Inspect Guest Rooms and Public Areas:

Ensure all rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards before guest check-in.

Monitor Housekeeping Staff Performance:

Check quality of cleaning, adherence to procedures, and provide feedback or retraining as needed.

Report Maintenance Issues:

Identify and report any repairs or maintenance needs discovered during inspections.

Coordinate Room Readiness:

Communicate room status updates to the front desk and housekeeping director for efficient check-in flow. Ensure Compliance with

Safety and Sanitation Standards:

Make sure cleaning practices follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Train and Support Housekeeping Team:

Assist with onboarding and coaching of new housekeeping staff.

Maintain Inspection Records:

Document inspections, performance notes, and any incidents in accordance with hotel policies.

Conduct Inventory Checks:

Help monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages or stock issues. Requirements Experience in

Hotel Housekeeping:

At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping; prior inspection or supervisory experience preferred. Strong Attention to

Detail:

Ability to spot cleanliness and maintenance issues others may overlook.

Good Communication Skills:

Comfortable giving feedback and working with both staff and management.

Organized and Efficient:

Able to manage time well and prioritize rooms to inspect during busy periods.

Reliable and Professional:

Dependable, punctual, and committed to high standards of guest satisfaction.

Knowledge of Cleaning Procedures and Products:

Familiarity with standard housekeeping tools, supplies, and protocols.

Physical Ability:
