In this vital role, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services across our property, conduct thorough inspections, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Your energetic approach and dedication will help maintain a pristine environment that delights every guest and supports our team's success. Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards Identify areas needing improvement or immediate attention, providing clear feedback to housekeeping staff for prompt resolution Monitor cleaning procedures, including floor care, surface sanitation, and waste management, to guarantee top-tier hygiene standards Verify that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and maintained properly Document inspection results meticulously and report any issues or safety hazards to management promptly Support housekeeping management in training staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols Assist in maintaining a consistent cleaning schedule that aligns with operational goals and guest expectations You will be inspecting rooms two days of the week and will be assisting others. The rest of the time you will be a housekeeper cleaning rooms You will report to the head housekeeper as her assistant Requirements Must be able to work Weekends•Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and sanitation practices specific to hotels or large facilities Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness issues quickly and accurately Effective communication skills to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with team members Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while performing inspections efficiently Join us in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every corner of our property shines!
