The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality cleaning standards. Oversee residential cleaning operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members. Ensure proper sanitization of all areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Coordinate carpet cleaning and floor care activities, ensuring the use of appropriate techniques and products. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. Address customer inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Implement best practices for laundry services, ensuring linens are cleaned, pressed, and stored properly. Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to enhance overall guest experience. Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality or residential cleaning industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in housekeeping operations. Experience in customer service with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus but not required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
