The Executive Housekeeper will manage a team of housekeeping staff and work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards. Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. Prepare and manage departmental budget.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
