Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all designated areas. Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety regulations. Oversee the implementation of cleaning procedures aligned with industry best practices for commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, and hospitality environments. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance in all areas; address any deficiencies promptly. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational efficiency. Foster excellent customer service by responding to guest or client inquiries related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning environments. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a housekeeping or custodial setting. Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage team performance effectively. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and other departments seamlessly. Experience with laundry operations is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is highly advantageous. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
