Lake Ozark, MO, 65049 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, ordering products, and ensuring smooth communication within the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Housekeeper with creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Order housekeeping supplies and products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track orders and deliveries. Support the Executive Housekeeper in supervising housekeeping staff and maintaining quality standards. Help maintain inventory records and monitor product usage. Assist in training new housekeeping employees as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills. Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management is a plus.
