Duties Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and custodial services. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Coordinate cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring timely completion. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards. Conduct inspections to ensure quality control, address deficiencies promptly, and implement corrective actions. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; ensure proper maintenance and storage. Support staff training on industrial cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or commercial environments. Strong staff supervision and team management skills with previous supervisory or managerial experience. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and safety regulations applicable to large-scale cleaning operations. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with other departments. Demonstrated leadership in managing cleaning & sanitation processes while maintaining high customer service standards. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with laundry operations and hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
