Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department and ensure exceptional cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, communicates effectively across departments, and is committed to maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team. Create and manage staff schedules, adjusting coverage as needed to accommodate call-outs and operational demands. Conduct monthly inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment. Monitor staff performance and administer coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary. Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet hotel and brand cleanliness standards. Communicate effectively with Front Desk staff regarding late checkouts, early departures, room status, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests. Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards within the department. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new housekeeping team members. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience. Complete required reports and maintain accurate departmental records. Qualifications Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a hotel preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and brand standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
