Duties Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation meet company standards and health regulations Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize team performance and efficiency Monitor cleaning processes including industrial cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry services, and sanitation management to ensure consistency and quality Enforce safety regulations during cleaning activities to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment Coordinate with management to schedule cleaning tasks effectively, prioritize high-traffic areas, and address any maintenance or sanitation issues promptly Maintain detailed records of inspections, staff performance, safety compliance, and sanitation procedures Foster excellent customer service by ensuring guest or client spaces are spotless and well-maintained at all times Skills Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping management with a strong understanding of sanitation practices Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively within a team management or supervisory role Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial equipment operation Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities for managerial interactions and team motivation Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety protocols Experience managing laundry operations and maintaining high standards of hygiene in hospitality environments Exceptional organizational skills to oversee multiple cleaning projects simultaneously while ensuring quality control Join us as a Housekeeping Inspector to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards that enhance guest satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence.
