As an iconic, full-service property within the Curio Collection by Hilton, our reputation relies on flawless presentation, uncompromising cleanliness, and an elevated guest experience from the moment someone steps into the lobby. We aren't looking for a passive desk manager. We are seeking an inspiring, hands-on Housekeeping Leader —someone who understands that room execution is the literal cornerstone of hotel guest satisfaction and profitability. If you take deep pride in setting high standards, mentoring a dedicated team, and blending operational precision with warm hospitality, your stage is ready. The Role Reporting to property leadership, the Executive Housekeeper owns the daily operations, cleanliness standards, and guest room presentation across the entire hotel. You will lead, coach, and support the housekeeping, laundry, and public spaces teams, managing everything from brand standard execution and labor optimization to inventory control and cross-departmental coordination with the Front Office and Engineering.
Team Leadership & Development:
Direct, train, and inspire the housekeeping, laundry, and public spaces staff, fostering a culture of accountability, pride, mutual respect, and high morale.
Operational Excellence:
Walk rooms and public spaces daily to ensure flawless cleanliness and strict adherence to Hilton Curio Collection brand standards. You will master the balance of pace and perfection, ensuring team members meet or exceed company guidelines for room turnaround times without ever sacrificing our luxury presentation.
Labor & Budget Discipline:
Build smart schedules based on room occupancy trends and manage department inventory—ensuring supplies, linens, and cleaning agents are fully stocked while maintaining strict budgetary guidelines.
Seamless Cross-Department Alignment:
Work hand-in-hand with the Front Office team on room availability and priority turnarounds, and collaborate with Engineering to ensure prompt maintenance resolution.
Safety & Quality Control:
Implement and enforce rigorous safety, sanitation, and chemical handling protocols to ensure a safe, secure environment for both guests and team members.
What You Bring Proven Track Record:
3+ years of progressive housekeeping management leadership, ideally within an upscale, full-service, or boutique lifestyle hotel environment.
Leadership & Heart:
Strong people management skills with a proven ability to coach, motivate, and retain a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
Detail-Oriented Mindset:
An uncompromising eye for clean, polished spaces and a deep understanding of housekeeping policies, scheduling, and labor productivity metrics.
Agility & Resilience:
Strong organizational skills with the physical stamina and hands-on willingness to lead from the front, step in during peak volume, and handle shifting priorities with composure.
Flexibility:
