Head House Keeper- Holiday Inn Harrison, OH Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at a premier hospitality property. You will oversee all aspects of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction within the hotel. Your leadership will ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment. This position you must manage a dynamic team, implement high standards of cleanliness, and uphold safety regulations across all housekeeping operations. Your proactive approach and management skills will drive the success of our hospitality services, creating memorable stays for our guests. Duties Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of daily, weekly, and special cleaning tasks Oversee sanitation procedures, including industrial cleaning and janitorial services, to meet health and safety regulations Manage laundry operations efficiently to support hotel needs while maintaining quality standards Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Coordinate with management to address guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness or sanitation issues Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management Strong background in cleaning, sanitation, and safety regulations within a hospitality or industrial setting Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills for effective team supervision and management reporting Knowledge of management practices related to janitorial services, laundry operations, and sanitation management Ability to enforce safety standards while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards Prior experience in team supervision with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency Join us as a Head Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
