We are seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to help keep our facility squeaky clean. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive janitorial and hospitality experience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensure efficient service delivery, and uphold the facility's cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and laundry operations. Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in hotel or healthcare housekeeping management preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Familiarity with safety regulations and infection control protocols relevant to custodial work. Ability to communicate clearly with staff members and other departments to coordinate tasks efficiently. Education Must possess, as a minimum, a 12th grade education. Experience Experience in a supervisor role in Long Term Care.
