Responsibilities Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning quality, proper use of cleaning equipment, and compliance with hygiene standards. Coordinate with other departments to address special cleaning requests, laundry services, and maintenance issues promptly. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resource utilization. Skills Extensive experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping management. Proven staff supervision and team management skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
