Now hiring a full time Director of Maintenance /Housekeeping. The Director of Maintenance / Housekeeping will be responsible for: Supervising two maintenance assistants and five housekeepers, equipment, ordering, requisitioning supplies and equipment, weekly and monthly maintenance checks, etc. Must have knowledge of Nursing Home and Assisted Living Dept. of Health Rules and Regulations. Must be professional, detail orientated and have computer knowledge. Please respond with a salary requirement.
