Job Summary Casago Myrtle Beach is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our growing team. As a full-service vacation rental management company, we oversee hundreds of properties across the Grand Strand. This role is essential in ensuring each property meets our high cleanliness and quality standards before welcoming the next guest. After our housekeeping team completes a property, the Housekeeping Inspector will conduct a thorough walkthrough to evaluate cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect 10-15 properties daily to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met Perform detailed walkthroughs after cleaning is completed Identify and report any issues, missed items, or maintenance concerns Communicate clearly and professionally with housekeeping staff to ensure corrections are made Verify that all properties are guest-ready in a timely manner Complete required inspection tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required Must have a smartphone with Wi-Fi, texting, and calling capabilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional manner Positive attitude and strong work ethic Prior inspection or cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training provided) Must pass a background check and drug screening (no exceptions)

Schedule:

Full-time position (5 days per week, 2 days off) Typical hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Peak Time) Schedule shifts to 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM after Daylight Saving Time Must be available to work Thursday through Monday (peak business days) Why Join Us?
