Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. Executive Housekeeper (Hotel) - Job RequirementsEducational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred Experience Requirements Minimum 5-7 years of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role Experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality establishments preferred Professional Knowledge Thorough understanding of hotel housekeeping operations Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment Familiarity with hotel standards, guest service practices, and quality assurance Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations Understanding of linen, laundry, and inventory management Leadership and Management Skills Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management Strong scheduling and workforce planning skills Ability to manage departmental budgets and control costs Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Technical Skills Proficiency in hotel property management and housekeeping systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prepare reports, forecasts, and departmental records Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact professionally with guests, management, and team members Strong customer service orientation Must be Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Qualities Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude High standards of cleanliness and service excellence Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and inspect guest rooms and public areas for extended periods Ability to lift and move housekeeping supplies and equipment as needed Key Responsibilities Manage all housekeeping and laundry operations Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Conduct room inspections to ensure hotel standards are met Develop staff schedules and assign duties Monitor inventory levels and order supplies Control departmental expenses and labor costs Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Train and develop housekeeping staff to maintain service standard The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hotel housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
